Light Therapy iPhone Apps Are Popular In 40 Countries

Since we launched our innovative light therapy apps for the iPhone, thousands of people have downloaded Atomic Red and Atomic Blue. While the majority of our customers are in the United States, we have been suprised to find that 42% are from other countries. Everyday we see downloads from customers all over the world. It's been an eye opening experience to see just how much business can be generated from iPhone users in other countries.
 
While the biggest downloading countries are the expected ones such as the UK, Canada and Austraila, our light therapy applications are sold in countries we never thought of such as Mexico, Columbia and France.
 
Here's a recent (7 day) week of downloads for Atomic Red:
Total Downloads: 505
United States = 298
United Kingdom = 44
Canada = 33
Australia = 30
France = 11
 
The rest are broken down into 33 other countries ranging from (1-10) downloads each. This is very interesting data for iPhone developers when it comes to marketing strategy. Our applications are all in English, but thanks to this data we are looking at developing versions in other languages as the products grow.
